More than 30 years of business leadership, property investment and mentoring.

I've spent more than three decades building businesses, investing in property and helping people make better decisions.

Property has been a constant throughout my career, but it has never been my only focus. Before building a property portfolio worth more than £10 million, I held senior leadership positions, managed large teams and made strategic business decisions where careful planning, clear thinking and long-term vision mattered every day.

Today, my experience spans much more than owning property. Alongside my own investment and development portfolio, I run Saltbox Lettings, managing more than 230 properties, as well as a building company delivering property development and construction projects.

It means I understand property from several sides: as an investor, developer, landlord and business owner, with hands-on experience of what it takes to buy, develop, let, manage and maintain property successfully.

I bring that same practical, disciplined approach to property mentoring.

I don't believe in shortcuts or hype. I believe in building wealth with a clear strategy, making informed decisions and creating assets that continue to perform for years to come.

Why I created AURA

Over the years, I've spoken to countless people who wanted to build wealth through property.

Very few lacked motivation.

Most simply lacked clarity.

There is no shortage of information available today, but information alone doesn't create successful investors. Experience, accountability and having someone to challenge your thinking are often what make the biggest difference.

That's why I created AURA.

I deliberately keep AURA small.

That allows me to genuinely get to know the people I work with, understand their goals and support them throughout their journey.

Every member follows the same proven framework, but no two strategies are identical. Your circumstances, ambitions and financial position are unique, and your property journey should reflect that.

When someone joins AURA, I'm personally invested in helping them succeed. Their progress matters just as much as the programme itself.

My reputation has been built over more than three decades in business and property, and I'd rather recommend a different path than encourage someone to join a programme that isn't right for them.

I'd much rather build long-term relationships than simply fill places.

Along the way I've invested in buy-to-let, HMOs, serviced accommodation, commercial property and development, using a wide range of acquisition strategies including auctions, direct-to-vendor purchases and planning opportunities.

I've also experienced what happens after the deal is done: managing tenants, maintaining properties, delivering building projects and operating property businesses day to day.

The lessons I share aren't taken from textbooks. They're drawn from decades of experience, successes and mistakes that continue to shape the way I invest today.
